Stagecoach!!

Hello friends! How have you been?? I've been in the midst of final exams, which of course is no fun. Thankfully though, I've been sprinkling in a few fun events to keep me going on this final stretch until summer!

In the spirit of this post, I thought I would provide a few appropriate music choices for ya'll... (hehe)

This past weekend, we packed up the truck and headed to Stagecoach, Southern California's country music festival!

I have been a fan of country music since junior high, which makes absolutely no sense, since I grew up in the Pacific Northwest. What can I say? It holds a special place in my heart. I was so happy to find a few other country fans when I moved down to LA!

Stagecoach is an experience. It's two days of complete country immersion. You can't escape it. I swear every single girl there had cowboy boots, a belt buckle, or a hat. Some of us might have had all three ;-)

I had such a good time! We saw Darius Rucker, Josh Turner (who I fell in love with), Jack Ingram, Steel Magnolia, Kenny Chesney, Rascal Flatts, and my very favorite, Carrie Underwood!

I honestly came away from those two days just wanting more! I have to check out a few tour schedules and see who's coming to Seattle this summer.

On another note, I just thought I'd give a shout out to my friend Ashley, who is graduating next week!

Yesterday I took Ashley's pictures in her cap and gown and I felt so thrilled for her! What an exciting time.
